For this ceremony, we will be working with the medicines of psilocybin and kava.

Psilocybin helps to open the mind gently to non-ordinary states and higher perspectives. It can connect us to a feeling of being a part of something far greater than ourselves and activate our inner visionary.

Kava works with the nervous system, which is the intermediary between our mind/spirit and body. Kava helps to stabilize the nervous system so that new insights can be assimilated easily into the body.

If psilocybin is like the lightning bolt, kava is the grounding rod.
