This immersive experience invites you to journey through the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—as well as the fifth element of Spirit.

In alchemy, the four elements represent the four energies of creation that form the building blocks of all of life. By working with these elements through breath and sound, we are learning to embody the codes of creation.

We will journey around the medicine wheel—the symbolic map of the four elements—and come to rest in the center inviting Spirit to orient and integrate all of our parts and guide us into a balanced experience of creation and flow.

Each element is experienced through carefully crafted soundscapes, healing vibrations, and rhythmic breathing patterns—awakening your senses and opening channels of inner wisdom.

By the end of the evening, you’ll feel reconnected to yourself, the natural world, and Spirit within, carrying the balanced and revitalized energy of the four elements in their proper balance and order.
